Novated leasing shouldn't cost the employer (anything) but some admin to push the paperwork around. We have seen some fleet providers want to charge upwards of $5,000 to set the employer up on their own system. We have a very clear and precise process that makes administration uncomplicated.

 

Zenra is there to educate your employees of the financial impacts of their car choices, we may not even get to charge them a management fee, simply because novated leasing doesn't benefit them.  

 

We don't see too many employees where this happens, but should their expensive car (over $150,000)  be driven only a short distance every year (less then 10,000 kms) combined with a top tax bracket salary, well... they may be better off in a commercial hire purchase.

 

Zenra is also there to assist your employees in the administration of novated leasing, that might be  where XYZ company went wrong, they didn't know what questions to ask, maybe poor communication or just didn't have the whole picture.
